Market Bistro chosen for Giles Coren’s world sustainable food guide

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we are to be one of only two Norfolk restaurants featured in ‘Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery’, a guide to the world’s finest food experiences throughout 45 countries.

Curated by 57 experienced food writers, including restaurant critic of The Times, Giles Coren, collectively the guides feature just 1,250 restaurants.

The editorial team from the guide commented on the selection process:

‘They will be chosen on the basis of outstanding food, but also on the quality of their service and atmosphere, their care for the environment, care for the source of their food, and their care for customers, staff and the community in which they operate.’

We’ve had some amazing accolades over the years, but to be included in a worldwide guide to sustainable dining is really exciting.

Above all, our team are proud to represent King’s Lynn and West Norfolk internationally.

The guide is live at truthloveandcleancutlery.com with the book set for publication in November 2018.
